Mindfulness
Good afternoon everyone, we did mindfulness and this week and it was very relaxing, we started off getting into our easy pose. Our easy pose is crossing your legs, hands on your knees, spine in a line, heart open, and head to the sky. Sometimes we close our eyes to finish it off. Some other poses we did was table top / cat and cow, downward dog and we did mountain. We also just laid down and my teacher fell asleep. We made a mindfulness jar witch is just a clear jar with water, glitter, glue, and dish washing soap. When you put it together our mindfulness teacher says that its our mind when we are worried or stressed. That's all I have for today blog ya later!
