Tennis

TENNIS

Hello blogger's, today I'm going to write about tennis, so my school has to learn a sport every week or two weeks. Basically we just give it a go at trying out different sports. We have to attend every session  unless we are we aren't able to participate.  But we are going to talk about tennis. On the last day of tennis we went out on the court and we played a game. We had to have the same amount of people on both sides of the net, And we would have a buddy. And you and your buddy would go on one end of the net. And then you just hit the ball to the opposite side and they will hit it back. The first person to hit the ball out of the court or hit the net with the ball, Them and there buddy would have to sit down, well the other team gets a point.

It is a very fun game to play. But sadly that was our last lesson. And I hope you have a great day today, blog ya later!

Matariki

Matariki
Kia ora bloggers, for a start let me tell you what matariki is about. 7 stars that only have one chance to shine every year.

Today I will be talking you thought a few activity's my class did a few days ago. We had to stick to our own classes and we would rotate to different rooms. There were three rooms and each class would do a different activity in those rooms. The three activity's were making fried bread/Maori legend stop motion/Making kites. My class name is Manukau and we made fried bread first. All we needed to make it was self raising flower and water, that's only how we made the dough. Then we just fried it and added what we wanted inside. Then Manukau moved onto doing stop motion. We had to make a stop motion film but about a Maori legend. And finally we made kites, not kites that can fly just kites for decoration. We made stripes of Maori patterns and hot glued them to a triangle shape. Then we hanged them on the roof. If your interested here are some photos of me and my group making fried bread.
